1. What RankReady creates
RankReady GH publishes original practice questions, answer options, explanations, study guides, and mock-exam simulations for teachers preparing for Ghana teacher promotion and teacher licensure study. The website helps learners practise recognition, interpretation, application, and professional judgment. It does not publish official past papers, leaked material, recalled items, confidential examination content, registration instructions, payment instructions, or guaranteed outcomes.
Question content is written for the RankReady library and organised by track, rank or paper, topic, difficulty, explanation, and source context. The same original library may be used in the RankReady Android app and website because both are parts of the same study product.
2. How a practice question is built
A question begins with a learning or professional decision worth practising. We draft a clear prompt, create plausible answer options, identify the strongest answer, and explain why that answer better fits the stated evidence or principle. A distractor is not included simply to be tricky; it should represent a common incomplete, unsupported, delayed, or less learner-focused response that can be explained responsibly.
Before publishing, we check that wording does not claim to be official, leaked, recalled, or predictive of an examination. We also check that explanations tell learners what distinguishes the strongest answer from close alternatives instead of merely repeating the answer letter.
3. How sources are used
Some questions include a source link or source title to help learners understand the context behind a principle. A source is not copied as a substitute for original teaching material, and a source link does not mean that the publisher created, approved, endorsed, or sponsors RankReady.
Official-source links are particularly important for information that can change, including notices, registration arrangements, payments, deadlines, and results. RankReady does not make decisions on those matters. Learners should read the relevant authority's current publication before acting.
4. Accuracy, review, and corrections
We review questions for clarity, answer logic, source context, and misleading claims. Review does not make a practice item an official examination item, and it does not eliminate the value of learner feedback. When a learner reports a possible issue, we assess wording, answer rationale, and source context and may correct, clarify, replace, or remove the item.
To report a concern, use the contact page and include the question wording, the answer or explanation you believe needs review, and a short reason. Do not submit confidential material, passwords, verification codes, payment details, or supposed leaked examination content.
5. Guides and updates
RankReady guides are original study methods written to help learners plan practice, interpret explanations, and review mocks. They are dated so readers can see when they were last reviewed. The live GES Updates page is different: it is an ad-free, noindex reading list that identifies and links to public GES articles. It does not rewrite, verify, or replace the original notice.
6. Independence and transparency
RankReady GH is an independent study service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, operated by, or sponsored by the Ghana Education Service, Ministry of Education, National Teaching Council, NaCCA, WAEC, or another government body. The site does not administer examinations or guarantee promotion, licensure, or any examination result.
Advertising, when enabled after the appropriate platform approval, is kept clearly labelled and separate from question answers, explanations, official-source links, reviews, privacy information, and support content.
